By the time you read this, we will be two thirds of the way through our Spring Session. Hopefully, Summer is just around the corner. Some of you may have seen a number of Club members wandering round Sawbridgeworth on Saturday 4th March following a bacon roll start to the day. They were tasked with taking photos to promote the Town as if for a Calendar. Who knows, we might actually produce one. Around 30 of us, members and some family and friends, will be visiting the Big Cat Sanctuary (BCS) at Ashford in Kent on 22 April. The visit is by special invitation as the venue is not open to the general public. The purpose of the BCS is conservation and the breeding of around 50 different wild cats e.g. lions, tiger, pumas, jaguars, leopards etc. More on this next month.
New Club Members are always welcome at all levels so if you, or someone you know, is interested in joining us please contact Sue in the office on 01279 721221.
The front page photo is of the Town’s water supply!.
Very best wishes,
