SAWBRIDGEWORTH CAMERA CLUB
We cannot believe our Spring Session, comprising of 6 fortnightly meetings, begins on 16 February. Time has flown by since our last meeting on 1 December last year. Not only do we have an interesting series of get-togethers scheduled but we are intending to make some great field trips too. The highlight will be a visit to the Big Cat Sanctuary at Ashford in Kent where they are part of a national breeding/conservation programme for 50 different types of cats including lions, tigers, leopards, jaguars etc. The sanctuary is not open to the public and we received an invitation to go there from the Paradise Wildlife Park (PWP) in Broxbourne following our visit there last year. The PWP are heavily involved in the sanctuary too. The visit is scheduled for April so more on that soon.
New Club Members are always welcome at all levels so if you, or someone you know, is interested in joining us please contact Sue in the office on 01279 721221.
